My Favourite Disney World Restaurants!

When visiting Disney World, the chances are you will visit at least one Disney restaurant during your trip. I have been so lucky to be able to dine at so many amazing restaurants so I have listed a few below that I would recommend!

Crystal Palace @ Magic Kingdom

Dining Type- Character Buffet

Price Type- £££

Located just off of Main Street, Crystal Palace is a character dining experience, themed to Winnie the Pooh and friends!

The food is delicious and I have dined here for both breakfast and lunch and both sittings were great!

Breakfast consists of your typical breakfast foods, but with a Disney twist! Just a selection of the offerings include waffles, pancakes, oatmeal, eggs, potatoes, fruit, omelets, pastries, and so much more!

They also offer coffee, tea, and juices!

Lunch is also served buffet style, and I loved this sitting! They had pizza, pasta, so many salads, delicious breads, meats, potatoes, veggies and amazing desserts!

Now if you don't like the idea of being interrupted by a costume character, maybe this isn't for you, but we loved the experience and the food was great quality! We did find that this is one the highest priced restaurants on property, but we thought it was the best!

Boma @ Animal Kingdom Lodge

Dining Type- Buffet

Price Type- £££

This is easily one of the most popular restaurants at WDW, and you can tell as it's difficult to get a reservation!

Boma offers a buffet full of the flavours of Africa, and other delicious foods! We went for breakfast and it was great! We did have to wait in a long line to get the food, but it went down fast and they always had fresh food stocked. They had the breakfast classics but they also served African dishes too! Don't forget to try to POG juice, which is passion fruit, orange and guava juice all mixed together! It was so good!

Now again the price is quite high, but worth it. Afterwards, you can take a walk around the lodge and see the animals in the savanna!

Akershus Royal Banquet @ Epcot

Dining Type- Character Buffet

Price Type- £££

Located in the Norway pavilion, Akershus is another character dining experience with delicious food! This venue offers meet and greets with princesses such as Belle, Ariel, Tiana, Aurora and Snow White! We met them all and had photos with them! The food is brought to the table, and there is a range of items to enjoy. We went for breakfast and had eggs, waffles, potato casserole, fruit, and cheeses. This was probably the nicest scrambled eggs I've ever had!

We did find that the characters came to our table right when we were mid- chew, but that's part of the experience!

I thought it was a lovely place to dine and we cannot recommend this place more!

There are of course so many places to dine at Disney, and so many cheaper places too! But the 3 I recommend are from personal experience as we had a great time at each one!
